Spa Receptionist

About This Role

This part-time Spa Receptionist role on Sundays involves providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa. The position suits an organized individual with strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and experiences to all clients and members
• Answer the telephone, transfer calls, and take accurate messages
• Greet customers in a warm and welcoming fashion
• Give tours of the spa facility and schedule appointments
• Update staff on appointments and/or cancellations
• Notify staff of client arrival
• Ensure and maintain adequate supplies
• Wash and fold towels and linens
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa and retail area
• Communicate sales promotions and service options with clients
• Schedule appointments
• Passionately promote products and services with effective, clear communication
• Assist with the marketing and promotion of the spa through forging relationships with businesses, organizations, event participation, and corporate relationships
• Assist in ensuring that spa operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes
• Adhere to, apply, observe, and enact workplace safety standards
• Check guests in and out
• Fulfill all client services in a professional, correct, orderly, and efficient manner
• Follow all company policies and procedures
