Spa Receptionist

This role serves as the welcoming first point of contact for guests at the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale spa, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from reservation through departure. It suits a polished, organized, and guest-focused hospitality professional who is passionate about wellness, thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, and is committed to creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about spa services, amenities, and facilities
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage spa appointments to ensure accuracy and alignment with guest preferences
• Handle guest inquiries, process payments, gift certificates, and retail transactions while maintaining accurate records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area, including monitoring guest spaces and replenishing supplies as needed
• Collaborate with spa, housekeeping, engineering, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa, hospitality, front desk, or guest services role, preferably in a luxury environment
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with spa or hotel systems such as Book4Time, Opera, or similar platforms preferred
• Passion for wellness and hospitality, with a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to exceptional guest service
• Valid authorization to work in the United States
