About This Role

As a Spa Receptionist at Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for guests in a luxury spa setting. You will be responsible for promoting spa services, scheduling reservations, checking in guests, and ensuring that every transaction enhances the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products
• Schedule reservations and confirm appointments
• Provide answers about services and assist guests during check-in
• Process payments and manage transactions smoothly
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures
• Uphold quality standards in personal appearance and communications
• Manage reservation software and verify information visually
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds with assistance

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• No specific license or certification needed
