About the role
A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of its luxury spa facility, delivering an exceptional guest experience and managing a team of therapists and spa staff to the highest 5-star hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead, train, and motivate the spa team
- Manage spa treatment menus, scheduling, and guest bookings
- Monitor quality, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the spa
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues
- Manage spa inventory, retail products, and supplier relationships
- Support revenue and cost management for the department
Requirements:
- Currently working in a 5-star hotel spa environment
- Proven experience in spa management or a senior supervisory role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills
