About the Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Williamsburg is seeking a motivated Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, understands service-based sales, and takes pride in delivering a seamless, welcoming spa experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in a spa, salon, fitness studio, or hospitality front desk preferred
• Background in sales, memberships, or client-facing service roles
• Familiarity with spa booking or POS systems; Zenoti platform experience strongly preferred
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities
• Present and sell spa memberships, services, and retail products
• Create a positive and professional first impression for all guests, with the goal of converting first-time prospects and leads into recurring members
• Manage appointment scheduling, client profiles, and payments using Zenoti
• Educate clients on services, enhancements, and current promotions
• Build strong relationships with returning guests and members
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area
• Support management and team goals related to sales performance and guest satisfaction

Qualifications
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable using scheduling and POS software (Zenoti experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
