Sous Chef - Outside Catering

A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations for its Outside Catering division, with a strong focus on high-volume banquet functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen preparation and execution for outside catering and banquet events
• Manage food quality, presentation, and consistency across high-volume functions
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during events
• Support menu planning and costing for catering functions
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Coordinate logistics for off-site event kitchens

Requirements

• Expert in banquet functions and handling high-volume production
• Proven Sous Chef experience, ideally in outside catering or large-scale events
