Serving as a Sous Chef, you will assist with the overall success of the culinary department by overseeing culinary functions. This role involves assisting in all phases of planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation, ensuring adherence to client culture, health regulations, and company standards for food quality and presentation. The Sous Chef also motivates, trains, develops, and directs back-of-house associates to achieve operational objectives and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for an experienced culinarian with a passion for great food and a strong focus on guest experience within the Moda Center, home to NBA's Trailblazers, WNBA's Fire, and WHL's Winterhawks.
