About the role

The position

Joining our company, you will become part of the GBS Enabling Services organization, supporting Sourcing processes with a focus on tasks and responsibilities from Demand to Deploy activities. In this role, you will analyze process and system change requests, support solution design, coordinate routine changes and demands, contribute to testing and help ensure that global Sourcing processes remain standardized, compliant, and continuously improved.

You will work in a global, cross-functional environment with Process Managers, IT, and business stakeholders. As a Process Expert for Sourcing Enabling Services, you will act as a key contributor in Demand Management and Change/Release Management processes, helping to translate business needs into well-documented, feasible, and sustainable process and system solutions.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Process Expert , you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the analysis, coordination, and implementation of process and system changes for SAP Ariba (and other apps such eClass, Sourcing Card, WeSave) as within the Demand to Deploy process, including prioritization and release planning activities through process input, impact assessments, and implementation readiness feedback

  • Reviewing and assessing Sourcing-related demands and routine changes to ensure requirements are complete, clear, and aligned with process standards and quality expectations, while coordinating activities from analysis through testing, deployment support, and closure

  • Collaborating with Process Managers, IT, and other stakeholders to analyze business needs, clarify requirements, and support the development of feasible solution proposals

  • Ensuring that process changes are implemented in line with global standards, compliance requirements, and template design principles

  • Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and increased efficiency within Sourcing processes

  • Managing stakeholder interactions effectively by leveraging strong communication skills, while defining and driving the appropriate level of standardization for processes and/or systems

About our future employee

You should speak English on C1 level and have at least 6 years work experience years in process management, process improvement, system support, demand/change management, or a similar role, preferably in a global shared services environment in Sourcing area (preferably for the pharmaceutical industry).

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Very good understanding of SAP Ariba system, configuration or solution design experience would be a strong advantage

  • Strong experience with using Jira

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT or a related fields

  • Experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing process/system impacts, preparing documentation, supporting testing, and coordinating implementation activities

  • Experience with testing coordination, test evidence documentation, and defect follow-up would be an advantage

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and translate them into clear actions

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in global and cross-functional teams

  • Structured, quality-oriented, and proactive working style
