This Solutions Engineer role is for someone who loves to get to the bottom of client problems, find innovative ways to leverage data and AI, and simplify their lives. You will be the technical and business partner to Account Directors, removing obstacles before a signature, advocating for the client internally, and creating engaging content. You will be able to communicate effectively with both a data engineer curious about details and a decision-maker who wants to understand the business impact in five minutes, and this ability to navigate between both worlds will be your value. As a trusted advisor, you will support clients from needs discovery to decision-making demonstrations, translating business objectives into concrete recommendations, confidently addressing objections, and building confidence in Treasure AI's problem-solving capabilities. This position is for someone intellectually curious, ambitious, and humble, who enjoys understanding "why" as much as presenting "how," without needing to be the most advanced developer in the room.
