The Role
• Act as a technical lead and trusted advisor to strategic enterprise clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to assess deals, understand customer needs, and define engagement strategies.
• Conduct in-depth discussions with prospects to uncover pain points, understand workflows, and gather technical requirements.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations that highlight solution value and address customer-specific challenges.
• Own the technical solution validation throughout the sales process, including technical assessments and proof-of-concepts.
• Provide expert guidance on technical concepts, including API, data handling, integrations, and security.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers in the Indian market.
• 5-8 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, or Solutions Engineering within a SaaS company.
• 2-3 years of experience in mid-market or enterprise sales, with a track record of closing complex deals.
• Proficiency in sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, or MEDDPICC.
• Strong sense of ownership and experience leading technical solution validation for deals.
• Exceptional collaboration skills and an organized, structured approach.
