This customer-facing Solutions Engineer role involves working directly with customers to define, design, build, and implement production solutions using the company's AI platform. The position requires a hands-on engineer who will partner with Sales and Product teams during early engagements and then manage technical execution across various applications, integrations, pipelines, and customer environments. It is ideal for an engineer comfortable presenting architectures and results to customers, as well as writing the code to make systems functional.
