Senior Solutions Architect – .NET, Azure & AI
Campbell, CA | Hybrid – 3 days onsite
6-Month Contract | Possible Extension
We’re looking for a hands-on Solutions Architect to design and build secure, scalable, cloud-native and AI-enabled applications for a technology client in the mobility, immigration, remote work and travel space.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop enterprise solutions using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, Next.js and TypeScript .
- Architect and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure , including PaaS, APIs, microservices and distributed systems.
- Design REST and event-driven integrations and scalable cloud architectures.
- Build and integrate AI/GenAI capabilities , including LLM APIs, RAG, prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
- Leverage AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot or similar.
- Drive architecture decisions, technical design, security, performance and engineering best practices.
- Work closely with architects, engineers and product teams to turn business requirements into practical technical solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on architecture experience.
- Strong C#/.NET + Azure background.
- Solid React/Next.js/TypeScript experience.
- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, APIs and cloud architecture .
- Production experience with AI/GenAI or agentic development .
- Excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly explain and defend architectural decisions.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $65/Hr. to $70/hr.
