Solutions Architect

About This Role

This role is for an AI-native operational-intelligence architect who will set the technical bar for AI-native delivery and act as the first line of defense for every solution built. You will own architecture and solutioning from pre-sales through delivery, understanding the customer's true needs and translating them into impactful implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, AI-native architecture and integration design for customer engagements, establishing the build patterns for the delivery team
• Understand the customer's motivations for buying Skan, shape the real problem behind stated requests, and design solutions focused on outcomes
• Conduct pre-sales solutioning and architecture gate-reviews before customer delivery, ensuring quality
• Develop reusable reference architectures, patterns, and standards for the Center of Excellence
• Create architectures grounded in operational telemetry (the digital twin of work) and built for continuous optimization
• Design agentic systems, including perception, reasoning, planning, bounded autonomy, contextual memory, multi-agent orchestration, and runtime observability

Requirements

• Thinks in systems, not workflows, reasoning about enterprise operational behavior rather than traditional requirements-to-implementation processes
• Possesses real agentic depth, extending beyond simple agent instruction or decision-making, and telemetry-native intelligence design
• Identifies underlying needs behind stated wants, frames business problems, and drives solutions from idea to implementation to impact
• Fluent in AI economics, including inferencing, token and GPU modeling, scalability, hallucination containment, and auditability tradeoffs
• Experienced in runtime governance of autonomous systems and designing adaptive human + AI operating models
• Challenges traditional software assumptions and adopts an AI-first approach by default
