About This Role
This role is for a talented and experienced Solutions Architect to enhance the team at WORKAI. You will contribute to building cutting-edge digital employee experience products for the modern workplace, shaping cloud infrastructure and services in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions
- Utilize extensive knowledge of cloud computing, system integration, and software development
- Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment of technology strategy with business goals
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technology practices
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud solutions architecture
- A solid understanding of Azure cloud services, microservices, and API management
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development tools
- Expertise and experience in implementing complex authentication flows using IdentityServer, OIDC, OpenIddict
- Experience in building application frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities
- A passion for technology and a keen eye for emerging trends
- Experience in building Enterprise SaaS applications
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills
- An eye for detail

- Experience in Orchard Core framework
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technology stacks
- Advanced certifications in cloud architectures
