Hiring: Solution Architect – Microsoft Power Platform
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Chennai / Kolkata
Experience: 12–15 Years

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect – Microsoft Power Platform to lead enterprise Microsoft 365 digital transformation projects from discovery through go-live. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in solution architecture, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and gather business and technical requirements.
- Design end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Prepare HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, epics, and user stories.
- Define MVP scope, technical estimations, and support solution planning.
- Design and develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.
- Design integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
- Configure Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod), including ALM and deployment strategies.
- Lead technical teams, perform design and code reviews, support UAT, data migration, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, client teams, and offshore development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 12–15 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Solution Architecture.
- Hands-on expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and SPFx.
- Strong experience with Solution Architecture, HLD/LLD, technical design, and enterprise application development.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ALM, and Power Platform Pipelines.
- Strong experience in SharePoint migrations, Microsoft 365 implementations, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience leading discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, technical estimations, and architecture reviews.
- Excellent communication, client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
