Solution Architect (Broadband)

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Interface with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendor partners to gather, analyze, define, and design solutions.
• Manage all aspects of solution design and capacity planning.
• Oversee hardware and software development or modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions to ensure solution integrity.
• Manage architects, designers, and developers in solution design and delivery.
• Develop and deliver Solution Plans and High-Level Designs (HLD) based on agreed SLAs and available resources.
• Provide technical consultation and support to Business and Product teams during ideation and conceptualization.
• Apply Agile and Scaled Agile delivery methodologies.
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams for presentations, training, and integrated network activities.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
