Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end solutions for Banking and Cards platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
- Lead solution architecture, system integration, and application design discussions.
- Collaborate with business, product, development, and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- Ensure compliance with banking, payments, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of IT experience with strong Banking/Cards domain expertise.
- Proven experience in end-to-end solution architecture and technical design.
- Strong understanding of Payments, Cards, Core Banking, Digital Banking, or Lending platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in Cards Issuing, Acquiring, Payment Switches, ISO 8583, Visa, Mastercard, or NPCI ecosystems.
