About This Role
This role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of technology solutions by providing testing and quality assurance expertise within a cross-functional Agile team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver products that meet customer requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a cross-functional Agile team and provide testing and quality assurance expertise throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand and clarify business and system requirements
- Ensure products and solutions meet customer requirements, functional specifications, and quality standards
- Review and analyze business requirements, system specifications, and technical documentation for testing purposes
- Design and maintain detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and other relevant testing
- Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects until resolution
- Work closely with the development team to investigate issues and improve overall product quality
- Create and maintain automated testing scripts where applicable
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and quality assurance practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Junior Level: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experienced Level: 2–4 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or a related role
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and documentation skills
- Good understanding of software development and testing processes
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Able to take ownership of assigned tasks and work effectively under deadlines
Nice to have:
- Experience with API Testing and tools such as Postman
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
- Experience with automated testing tools or frameworks
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices
- Experience testing web applications, mobile applications, CRM, Loyalty, or SaaS platforms
