About This Role
This engineering role focuses on taking ownership of end-to-end testing and quality assurance for software solutions. The Software Tester will work to define and implement effective testing strategies across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement effective manual and automated testing strategies across web, mobile, and AI-based solutions
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure quality is embedded in the entire SDLC
- Review and enhance test cases, test plans, and test data preparation to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements, where applicable
- Take ownership of defect lifecycle management, release readiness, and final product sign-off
- Provide leadership in adopting QA best practices, tools, and emerging trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a software Testing role
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, STLC, and Agile practices
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality software solutions
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
