Dynamics 365/Power Platform testing experience across SIT, UAT, regression, integrations, data migration, security/permissions, and reporting. They should create test plans, test cases and test data; validate happy paths, exceptions, negative scenarios, transformations, interface errors/retries, and reporting reconciliation; maintain defects and evidence in ADO; and trace tests back to stories and acceptance criteria.
