This engineering management role focuses on leading a team of software engineers, guiding technical strategy for major projects, and fostering career development. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, other technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects, with 2 years of experience in a supervision/team leadership role

• Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems
