We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on technology leadership role responsible for leading engineering teams, driving digital transformation, designing scalable solutions, and providing technical direction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineering or development teams
- Strong backend development experience in Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar technologies
- Experience in software architecture, system design, and scalable applications
- Experience with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Strong SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL experience
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, or similar technologies
- Experience with APIs and service-oriented architecture
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, procurement, or inventory systems is a plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead one or more development squads and provide technical direction
- Drive digital transformation and innovative technology solutions
- Work closely with technology and business stakeholders on product roadmaps
- Translate product and business requirements into technical priorities
- Participate in system architecture and complex solution design
- Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards
- Mentor and develop engineering team members
- Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management
