About The Role We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer specializing in AI and Business Solutions to join our client’s innovative technology team. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of professional software engineering experience, demonstrating proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C++. Experience in building and deploying production-grade software is essential, along with practical knowledge of AI tools and technologies. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial, as well as a willingness to work independently with a high degree of ownership. Travel readiness to UK offices is also required.

Responsibilities Software Engineering & Delivery (60%)

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions, integrations, and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

• Leverage AI technologies and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate project delivery and innovation.
• Manage projects through all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Contribute to the establishment of engineering standards, best practices, and tooling to promote consistency and excellence across teams.

Business Engagement & Consulting (40%)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing challenges and identify opportunities for technological improvements.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements through automation, AI, and software solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, practical technical solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, continuously measuring and communicating the value delivered by solutions.
