Software Engineer

About This Role

This engineering role focuses on building large-scale distributed systems for the security domain within Amazon GuardDuty, a customer-facing threat detection service for AWS. The work involves processing trillions of events, applying advanced analytics and machine learning to detect threats, and aggregating threat intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop large-scale distributed systems
• Build distributed systems using AI
• Codify security analytics into the service, interacting with applied scientists and security researchers
• Work on complex software systems in a customer-centric environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale distributed software systems
