About The Role Join our dynamic team at the forefront of cutting-edge technology as we seek a SDE2 (Backend). Qualifications To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development with Python in a production environment is essential. Proven experience in scaling compute and I/O-intensive applications is required, along with a strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and system design. Familiarity with handling high concurrency requests and optimizing large-scale systems for performance and reliability is crucial. Candidates should have hands-on experience with database technologies such as Redis, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse. Experience in the financial sector, especially in developing fintech applications or systems, is considered a plus. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, is necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities are also vital for success in this role.
