The Membership Platform Department (MPD) is thinking big: we create scalable platforms that power the Client Ecosystem worldwide. Are you interested in building the next generation of Internet services that reach hundreds of millions of users across the globe every day? In our department, you will join a global team of experienced technologists who build the foundation of our services.
Around the Client ID system, we provide ID (buyer, seller), profile (address, credit card, mail, etc.), data management services, and a high-performance ID platform. We also provide related security services (weak password checking, password leakage checking, login alert, etc.) We developed and maintain the the mobile user ID service, merchant ID service, profile service (front-end), and similar.
Position Outline/ 依頼概要
Development and maintenance of membership system.(Web API: vert.x, Kotlin, opencensus, ELK)
Responsibilities/ 担当業務
- Support Client to implement and maintenance membership system
■Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Kotlin Developer with a focus on web API development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin programming language and a solid understanding of Java.
- Experience with frameworks such as Vert.x for building scalable APIs.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and best practices.
- Understanding of database systems, both relational(MariaDB) and NoSQL(Cassandra).
- Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
■Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
