Working as a Level 2 Social Worker, you will be an essential member of a dynamic, evolving, multi-disciplinary team within the Learning Disabilities & Autism Service. This position is located in Trowbridge and caters to the West region of the county, focusing on developing a service that puts the customer at the center of everything. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the service, enabling customers to live independently.
