About This Role
This role involves building and growing the social media presence for a new sports and wellness brand from the ground up. The specialist will be creative, proactive, and hands-on, focusing on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content plans for Instagram, TikTok, and Threads
- Create monthly/weekly content calendars based on brand objectives, campaigns, events, and community activities
- Create, produce, and coordinate content from concept to publishing
- Write engaging captions, copy, and social media content
- Coordinate with internal teams, coaches, partners, KOLs, and other relevant parties for content production
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and relevant sports & wellness topics
- Manage daily posting and ensure content is consistent with the brand identity
- Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and trends
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights and recommendations to improve content performance
- Support social media campaigns, events, activations, and collaborations
- Help build and grow the Elite Sports online community
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in social media, content, digital marketing, or a related field
- Fresh graduates with relevant experience, strong portfolios, or a passion for social media are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Threads
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable developing ideas independently
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- Able to create content using basic tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications
- Comfortable with content production, including photo/video shooting and basic editing
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
- Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Willing to work on-site and attend events or activities when needed
