About the role
This is NOT a traditional corporate branding or aesthetic-focused social media role.
We are a high-growth, global e-commerce technology scale-up (backed by a leading global tech enterprise). We are looking for a conversion-driven, trend-savvy Social Media & Performance Content Manager to drive user acquisition and revenue through organic short-form video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Our core narrative centers on e-commerce automation, side hustles, and online business growth ("Make Money Online"). Your goal isn't just to get likes—it is to create engaging, viral, and value-packed content that converts viewers into paying platform users.
In this position, you will serve as the strategic and operational focal point in Israel, collaborating closely with an international team (including a Team Lead in Greece and team members in Poland).
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Content Strategy: Plan, produce, and optimize short-form video content specifically tailored to e-commerce, dropshipping, and digital entrepreneurship audiences.
- Conversion & Monetization Funnels: Leverage TikTok and Meta Shorts to build organic funnels that directly drive trackable account registrations and paying subscribers.
- Cross-Border Teamwork: Act as the key regional connector—aligning output and requirements between Israel and our European content/marketing peers (Greece, Poland).
- Trend & Viral Response: Identify emerging social media trends, viral audio, and hooks to keep our channels relevant and high-performing.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Track views, engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to continuously refine content performance.
Requirements
- Portfolio Required: Submitting a portfolio or links to active social media channels/videos you have managed/produced is mandatory .
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performing TikTok/Instagram accounts with a focus on conversion, reach, and user growth.
- Proven Monetization Track Record: Demonstrable experience using social media content to generate revenue, sign-ups, or leads (not just vanity metrics).
- Expert Video Editing & Scripting: Hands-on ability to film, edit (CapCut, Premiere, etc.), and script engaging, hook-heavy short-form video content.
- Mindset: Deep familiarity with tech, e-commerce, dropshipping, or the "Make Money Online" / FinTech space.
- Global Collaboration: Excellent spoken and written English, with strong coordination skills to work seamlessly across international interfaces.

- Personal experience running an e-commerce store, dropshipping business, or affiliate marketing channels.
- Experience working in a hybrid, multi-country tech setup.
