This role centers on planning and producing engaging content, managing posting across multiple platforms, and building a trusted, professional online presence that resonates with a local patient community. The ideal candidate combines strong design instincts, social media savvy, and the discretion required to represent a healthcare brand responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Create on-brand graphics and short-form videos that educate, build trust, and grow engagement
• Write clear, approachable captions tailored to a healthcare audience
• Schedule and publish posts, ensuring a steady, reliable posting cadence
• Respond to comments and direct messages promptly and professionally
• Repurpose existing content (clips, photos, blog material) into platform-ready posts
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve reach and engagement
• Stay current on social media trends and recommend ideas to grow the practice's visibility
• Maintain strict discretion around patient privacy and sensitive information in all content

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar
• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Skilled in content scheduling tools and maintaining a content calendar
• Strong written English and a clear, professional brand voice
• Understanding of social media analytics and how to act on them
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness

Nice to have:

• Experience creating content in the healthcare, medical, or wellness space
• Awareness of patient-privacy and compliance considerations in healthcare content
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing platforms
• Basic graphic design and photography editing skills
• Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta Ads)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively with minimal oversight
