Social Media Manager

About This Role

This role is for someone to manage the company's social media presence, including planning, creating, and executing content across various platforms. It suits a candidate with proven experience in social media management and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the editorial calendar for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other networks
• Create scripts and produce video content (reels, shorts) and static content (carousels, posts)
• Write captions and copy aligned with the brand's tone of voice
• Manage the community: respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions
• Monitor reach, engagement, and conversion metrics, and report results monthly
• Monitor trends and popular formats to adapt to the company's positioning
• Work in conjunction with design, commercial, and paid traffic teams in campaign execution

Requirements

• Proven experience with social media management (portfolio or managed profiles)
• Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut, Canva, and Premiere/After Effects (if applicable)
• Good writing skills and ability to adapt language for different audiences
• Familiarity with native platform metrics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics)
• Organized to meet deadlines and manage multiple deliverables

Nice to have:

• Experience with paid traffic (Meta Ads)
• Knowledge in audiovisual production and photography
• Experience in an agency or specific segment

Important Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
