The Social Media Lead – Talent Acquisition is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media–driven recruitment marketing campaigns that generate qualified candidate applications. This role supports
Talent Acquisition by ensuring digital and social media initiatives are consistently active, performance‑driven, and aligned with employer branding and hiring objectives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Humanities, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience supporting or leading social media marketing for sales‑ or marketing‑driven brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media KPIs and performance measurement
- Confident in reporting, presenting insights, and making data‑backed recommendations.
