Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives by coordinating and executing social media and digital marketing programs
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, publishing, and community monitoring
• Assist in creating, formatting, and preparing social media content, graphics, and other marketing materials
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, audience interests, and potential opportunities
• Maintain marketing assets, content libraries, and project tracking documents to ensure information remains organized and accessible
• Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing projects, team activities, and stakeholder requests
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues and internal stakeholders to support consistent messaging, strong working relationships, and effective campaign execution
• Contribute to operational improvements by maintaining clear documentation, tracking project progress, and helping identify opportunities to improve workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related discipline
• Knowledge of social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, content marketing, and content strategy
• Familiarity with advertising campaign development, brand development, and brand management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally with colleagues and stakeholders
• Understanding of marketing materials, market research, and lead management principles
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage content schedules, marketing assets, and project documentation
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to coordinating multiple tasks and supporting marketing objectives
• Ability to perform typical work-related tasks, including using office equipment and working in an office environment when required
