Social Media Analyst

About This Role

The Social Media Analyst supports the company's marketing strategy by creating content, managing social media, and developing visual assets. The role suits a creative, organized, hands-on individual who can bring new ideas to improve client communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media networks
• Create graphics and assets for posts, stories, ads, and campaigns
• Produce and adapt materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Organize the content calendar
• Write captions, calls to action, and texts for social media
• Publish and monitor content
• Analyze engagement and performance metrics
• Support promotional campaigns and marketing actions
• Work alongside the paid traffic and strategy team
• Monitor trends, competitors, and content opportunities

Requirements

• Knowledge of social media
• Good understanding of design and visual composition
• Proficiency in Canva and/or editing tools
• Good writing and communication skills
• Organization and creativity
• Ability to work easily with different brands and segments
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of video editing for Reels and TikTok
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or CapCut
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads
• Experience in a marketing agency
• Knowledge of copywriting
