About This Role
This Social Media role involves taking full ownership of content operations for Anita Shopping, from capturing and editing to publishing. It's a comprehensive cycle of content creation with significant autonomy, suitable for someone committed to consistent delivery.
Responsibilities
- Capture videos and photos at Anita Shopping: stores, shop windows, new products, promotions, events, and commemorative dates
- Work with batch capture to record enough content for several days of publication
- Maintain an organized and consistently stocked content bank
- Edit vertical videos (Reels) with dynamic cuts, captions, soundtracks, and a rhythm designed for retention
- Process photos and create simple graphics within the client's visual identity
- Repurpose the same material into different formats
- Publish 2 pieces of content per day, at 12 PM and 6 PM
- Write captions and define hashtags
- Monitor basic metrics and report on performance
Requirements
- Portfolio with vertical videos edited by you (Reels, TikTok, or similar)
- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or equivalent
- Own equipment: cell phone with a good camera, tripod, basic lighting, and microphone
- Up-to-date knowledge of Instagram and TikTok — formats, trends, what's currently popular
- Availability to travel to Anita Shopping [define minimum frequency]
- Commitment to schedule: 12 PM and 6 PM are not suggestions
Nice to have:
- Experience with retail, fashion, shopping, or physical stores
- Motion graphics and advanced editing
- Understanding of paid traffic (Meta Ads) and content designed for conversion
- Product photography
- Comfortable appearing in videos when content requires it
