This social media role focuses on developing and implementing content strategies across various social media platforms. The person in this role will create engaging content, monitor performance, interact with the online community, and stay updated on digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, edit, and publish relevant and engaging content (texts, images, videos)
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports and insights
• Interact with the online community, responding to comments and messages
• Stay updated on social media and digital marketing trends
• Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to align communication strategies

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising, or related fields
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Knowledge of image and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proactivity, creativity, and organization

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Previous experience in Human Resources companies
