About This Role

This role is for a creative, strategic, and organized Social Media professional to strengthen the digital presence of the company's brands. The ideal candidate will transform ideas into valuable content, monitor trends, and create strategies that generate engagement, authority, and results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute the editorial calendar for social media
• Produce captions, scripts, and content aligned with brand positioning
• Develop strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Cover events, training sessions, inaugurations, and institutional actions
• Monitor trends, formats, and content opportunities
• Interact with the community, responding to comments and messages when necessary
• Work in conjunction with the Design, Paid Traffic, Audiovisual, and Marketing teams
• Monitor indicators such as reach, engagement, audience growth, and content performance
• Prepare monthly reports with analyses and suggestions for improvement
• Ensure all communication follows the branding and tone of voice of the Grupo Velas brands (ITC and TRATA)

Requirements

• Higher education complete or in progress in Marketing, Advertising and Propaganda, Social Communication, Journalism, or related fields
• Professional experience as a Social Media professional
• Excellent written communication and command of the Portuguese language
• Proficiency in major social media platforms
• Knowledge of content strategies and digital marketing
• Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of metrics and performance analysis
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Metricool, ClickUp, Trello, or similar
