About This Role

This role involves planning, creating, executing, and analyzing social media marketing strategies, with a focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other corporate networks. The professional will work analytically, monitoring performance metrics, interpreting audience data, and using these insights to guide new content and campaigns. The main goal is to boost brand visibility, increase reach, optimize engagement, and generate leads aligned with the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, execute, and analyze marketing strategies on social media platforms
• Focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other corporate networks
• Monitor performance metrics and interpret audience data
• Utilize insights to direct the creation of new content and campaigns
• Drive brand visibility and increase reach
• Optimize engagement
• Generate leads aligned with business objectives

Requirements

• Knowledge of metrics and reporting tools (Meta Business, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software and applications (CapCut, Canva, Prequel, etc.)
• Good writing skills, with a focus on copywriting and creating video scripts
• Organizational skills and ease in managing schedules/editorial calendars
