About This Role

This role involves planning, creating, and managing content for a brand's social media channels with a strategic eye, creativity, and attention to the company's premium positioning. It suits a candidate with strong content creation skills who can analyze results and adapt strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the social media content calendar, defining objectives for each publication
• Create captions, scripts for Reels, carousels, and Stories, focusing on engagement and conversion
• Prepare briefings for Design and Motion teams and monitor deliveries
• Schedule and publish content, as well as monitor comments, messages, and interactions
• Transform audience questions and needs into content ideas
• Monitor trends, references, and new formats relevant to the brand
• Analyze publication results and adjust content strategy
• Ensure that all disclosed information is correct and aligned with official sources
• Participate in editorial meetings and collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams
• Maintain brand communication aligned with its positioning, using human and premium language

Requirements

• Experience with Social Media, including text and content creation
• Knowledge of copywriting and a portfolio of original texts
• Experience with strategic content planning for social media
• Proficiency in the main Instagram formats: Reels, carousel, Stories, and posts
• Excellent written Portuguese and attention to grammar
• Good organizational skills to meet calendar and deadlines
• Monitoring and interpretation of social media metrics
• Knowledge of trends and ability to adapt them to the brand's identity
• Reside in Londrina or the region, or have availability to relocate
• Possess a CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number) or have availability to open one before the start of employment (PJ regime)

Nice to have:

• Experience with copy for ads, emails, or landing pages
• Basic notions of video capture and editing via mobile phone
• Basic knowledge of design and editing tools
• Use of artificial intelligence to support content creation
• Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or premium market segments
• Experience with communication directed at the 50+ audience
• Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Literature, Marketing, or related fields
