Job Description
- Responsible for on-site execution and delivery of warehouse projects, ensuring construction is completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with engineering and operational requirements.
- Oversee daily construction activities and monitor progress against timeline
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimize delays and rework
- Ensure alignment between construction and operational requirements (e.g., truck flow, dock usability, utilities)
- Track milestones and provide regular progress and risk updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 4–6 years of experience in construction or site engineering
- Strong knowledge of site development, drainage, roads, and utilities
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively on-site
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent
