Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their experience
- Prepare and serve food items following safety and quality standards, including food handling and sanitation protocols
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing and cash handling
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper sanitation throughout the shift
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and efficiently
- Support team members with food preparation, cashiering, and other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations
