Role: Small Engine Technician
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair outdoor small engine products such as chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product loading, locating parts, and answering repair-related questions.
- Assemble, diagnose, and repair small engine and outdoor power equipment.
- Document repairs, track units, and complete work orders accurately.
- Assist with warranty claims and communicate with customers about work completion.
- Participate in training to stay updated on repair techniques.
- Follow safety and loss prevention policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience in small engine or automotive maintenance.
- Customer service and retail experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
