Small Animal Veterinarian – Durango, CO
A veterinary clinic is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative and supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including both small and large animals, in a dynamic and rewarding environment. This position is ideal for veterinarians who enjoy variety in their day-to-day work, are comfortable handling multiple species, and value building strong relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small and large animal patients
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Interpret diagnostic results and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Foster collaboration and a positive team environment
- Uphold high medical and ethical standards in all aspects of practice
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited university
- Active veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one) in Colorado
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
