Salary: $74,000 - $95,000 based upon experience + $2,000 sign on bonus
Details
- 40 hours week
- M-F 8A-4:30P
- Direct Hire- Staff position
- Recently promoted DOR, who is a seasoned OT/manager (Dir of Fitness and Rehab). Ortho/Outpatient background
- Has 2 PTAs/1 PT/ 2 OT’s/1 SLP/1 COTA
Highlights
- 70-75% productivity (have gone to 65% in some cases)
- Specialized training – chronic pain, vestibular, pelvic health, and ACTS exercise based trainings.

Job Requirements
- BSN in Speech Pathology
- FL SLP-CCC License required
- AHA BLS required
