About the role
Under the general direction of the Manager FH Rehabilitation, Sleep, and EEG Services coordinates the function of the Sleep Lab.
Description:
- Practices according to entity mandatory requirements.
- Practices according to department expectations.
- Practices with a Customer Service approach to all activities.
- Utilizes internal and external resources appropriately.
- Documents according to entity/department guidelines.
- Utilizes techniques of time management effectively.
- Sets up, adjusts and operates medical equipment and instruments.
- Performs testing ordered by patient’s physician.
- Addresses age-specific needs of infants, toddlers, school age, adolescents, adults, older adults.
- Performs therapeutic procedures with emphasis on patient care.
- Assists physicians in Sleep Lab.
- Maintains equipment and orders supplies as necessary.
- Performs administrative and other tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
- Board Registered Polysomnographic Technologist
- Current CPR certification.
Schedule Details: 64PP (32 Hours Per Week), Rotating Days, 7a-3p with other possible shifts 6:30a-2:30p, 7:30a-3:30p; No Weekends, No Holidays
