Working on the maintenance of railway platforms, stations, and other infrastructure facilities of Deutsche Bahn is the core of this skilled construction worker role. The position involves masonry, formwork, concrete, and drywall work in structural and solid construction, and suits a candidate who enjoys working on various construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Work on the maintenance of railway platforms, stations, and other infrastructure facilities of Deutsche Bahn
• Perform masonry, formwork, as well as concrete and drywall work in structural and solid construction
• Participate in the repair of individual components such as stairs, ramps, support structures, culverts, and drainage systems in tunnels or earthworks
• Work with modern protective equipment and participate in qualifications and further training
• Start and end assignments at a central starting point (e.g., the construction site)
• Work with your team on changing construction sites

Requirements

• Completed training in construction (e.g., as a bricklayer, structural construction worker, concrete worker, civil engineer, or reinforced concrete worker) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in structural, solid, concrete, civil, or civil engineering construction
• Willingness to work on changing construction sites and overnight stays (e.g., in Hesse or Rhineland-Palatinate)
• Class B driving license or willingness to acquire one
