Heartline Staffing is recruiting a skilled trades recruiting and business development professional for a full-time, in-office opportunity in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This role blends sales, relationship management, recruiting, and talent consulting and is designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing pipelines, exceeding goals, and creating successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.
The focus is two-sided: develop client relationships and hiring opportunities while recruiting skilled trades professionals to meet those needs. You'll work with positions such as Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance Mechanics, Welders, Machinists, CNC Operators, Electronics Technicians, Warehouse Leads, Industrial Electricians, Service Technicians, Quality Technicians, Mechanics, and Machine Repair Technicians.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a performance-based role where effort, relationships, and consistency directly impact results and income. You'll develop new business, build relationships with clients, recruit skilled trades talent, coordinate placements, and continue supporting both sides of the relationship after a successful hire.
COMPENSATION
- $51,000-$70,000
- Base + Commission + Performance Incentives
ROLE
- Prospect and develop new client partnerships through outbound calls, meetings, and networking
- Learn client businesses and hiring needs to provide consultative solutions
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat hiring and referrals
- Track activity and opportunities in CRM and manage an active sales pipeline
- Source, interview, and build relationships with professional-level candidates
- Match talent to client needs through skill assessment and career coaching
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Build talent pipelines for recurring client needs
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with clients and candidates
- Follow up after placements to support satisfaction and long-term success
- Identify opportunities to add value and expand client partnerships

- Consistently achieving outbound activity and client engagement goals
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of active clients and candidates
- Making successful placements and growing repeat business
- Becoming a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
Requirements:

- 3 Years Of Experience REQUIRED
- High School Diploma Or Equivalent REQUIRED
- Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills REQUIRED
- Customer-Or Sales-Oriented Mindset REQUIRED
- Comfortable With Outbound Calls, Follow-Ups, And Consultative Conversations REQUIRED
- Organized, Goal-Driven, And Able To Manage Multiple Priorities REQUIRED
Preferred
- Staffing, Recruiting, Or HR Experience Preferred
- B2B Sales Or Account Management Experience Preferred
- CRM Or Applicant Tracking System Experience Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred - Not Required
