The Opportunity You will serve as a key specialist focused on the aesthetic and structural health of premium residential plant material. How You Will Make An Impact
- Execute precision hand pruning for fine shrubs and ornamental trees under 15 feet.
- Inspect plants daily to identify insect damage, disease symptoms, or nutrient issues.
- Apply proper arboricultural techniques to promote long-term plant growth and structural integrity.
- Maintain sharp, clean, and properly disinfected pruning tools to ensure optimal plant health.
- Clean up, collect, and process all debris thoroughly to leave client properties pristine.
- Collaborate with field teams to deliver high-end landscape maintenance results.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in hand pruning shrubs and ornamental trees under 15 feet.
- Solid understanding of the landscape industry and ornamental plant care.
- Ability to identify common plant health issues, diseases, and regional pests.
- Strong physical capability to perform active field work in varied outdoor environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of dedicated landscape pruning experience.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Background servicing high-end residential clients.
