About This Role
This role is for a site supervisor or a candidate to become one, focusing on asphalt paving construction management and on-site work, primarily within Chiba Prefecture. It suits individuals who are new to the field, in their middle or senior generations, or confident in their physical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform asphalt paving construction management and on-site work for roads, parking lots, etc.
- Attend morning meetings, then travel with team members to various sites
- Work in a team of 3-4 people
- Receive technical guidance for asphalt paving construction management if inexperienced
- Import photos taken with a digital camera into a PC
- Create documents for clients
Requirements
- Welcome inexperienced individuals, middle and senior generations, and those confident in their physical abilities
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel)
- Regular driving license (automatic limited acceptable)
Nice to have:
- Medium-sized vehicle license
- Level 2 Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer

Important Details
- Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (working hours vary depending on the site)
- Overtime: approximately 10 hours per month
- Break time: 120 minutes
- Annual holidays: 125 days
- Days off: Sundays, New Year holidays, summer vacation, Golden Week, and when work is canceled due to rain (substitute work may be required)
- Paid annual leave: 10 days after 6 months of employment
- Probation period: 1 month (with the same working conditions)
