Role Description
A Storekeeper responsible for inventory operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing material while maintaining accurate records. Candidates ensure safe storage conditions, track stock levels to prevent shortages, conduct regular audits, and maintain a clean warehouse environment. Key tasks include updating, filing, and
reporting on inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, inspect for
damages/discrepancies, and reconcile with purchase orders.
- Inventory Control: Organize storage, maintain inventory records, and track stock using bin cards or software.
- Stock Issuance: Issue materials based on requests and ensure proper documentation.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/store, adhering to safety regulations.
- Reporting: Generate inventory reports, such as Material Received Reports (MRR), and assist with audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
- Local language /Telugu speaking candidate is preferred
